WINC will provide senior citizens with crucial information and referrals on issues regarding health care, legal matters, financial issues, and community assistance. WINC will strive to increase the scope and reach of our assistance.
Our Founder
Kitti Asberry
Kitti Asberry is the founder and President of Women Involved N Change, (WINC) an organization created specially to engage women in the art of activism. She is the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women, thestate’s leading organization for women and girls. As director, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commission by working closely with government officials and the public to strengthen and empower women in Oklahoma. She has served as a member and/or officer on numerous boards and commissions, locally and nationally. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix where she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business /Management, and a Master of Business Administration / Human Resources Management. She is a 1986 graduate of the George Meany School of Political Science and Labor Studies, in Washington, D.C.
